
A marathon is a long distance race that covers the standard distance of 42.195 kilometers. It is a road race, that is, it does not require particular ground or race track like other races. The next important thing to consider while training for a marathon is to drink few ounces of water every twenty five minutes while running. This will keep you hydrated.
